Fantasy Football: 5 must-draft rookies for the 2020 season

Michael Pittman Jr.

Less than a year ago, Andrew Luck announced that he was retiring from the NFL, shocking the Indianapolis Colts and fans around the world. After an inconsistent season from Jacoby Brissett in Luck’s place, the Colts went out and signed Philip Rivers in free agency this offseason.

With Rivers under center, Indianapolis figures to throw the ball more than they did a season ago. That is fantastic news for Michael Pittman Jr. — the second-round pick of the Colts in this year’s draft.

Coming out of USC, Pittman is a big-bodied receiver that should immediately become a viable option for Rivers in Indianapolis and in fantasy football. Even with T.Y. Hilton and Parris Campbell vouching for targets, the Colts would be remiss not to utilize Pittman in 2020.
