Joe Burrow entered the league with huge expectations and he is fulfilling them on a personal level. The Bengals are 0-2-1 but Burrow is beginning to solidify himself as a fantasy football starter. That is especially true in Week 4 against the Jaguars.

This is a great matchup for Burrow. The Jaguars’ defense has been struggling while Burrow has been putting up solid numbers. Over the last two weeks, Burrow has thrown for at least 300 yards with five touchdowns.

Burrow has had a quarterback rating of at least 90 in each of the two games. Both games were on the road, one in Cleveland and one in Philadelphia. Any quarterback facing the Jacksonville defense is going to be a strong start.

Burrow is looking like the real deal through three games. He has shown signs of being a leader and making big plays down the stretch of games. He may not be a week-to-week starter yet in fantasy football, but he is a strong
