3. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
He was missing his clear-cut No. 1 target Davante Adams for four games, but Rodgers was still a top-10 fantasy quarterback in 2019. The Packers then went out and drafted his successor (Jordan Love), while not drafting anyone from a deep wide receiver class.
Rodgers had the eighth-most pass attempts in the league last year (569), but the Packers may want to move toward a more run-oriented attack.
From Week 12-Week 17 last year, Rodgers was QB19 in fantasy with multiple passing touchdowns just twice in six games and less than 250 passing yards five times (less than 225 yards four times).
Rodgers is no longer an elite quarterback, certainly in real terms and a little less so in fantasy terms. A finish along the low-end QB1/high-end-QB2 line this year is a solid and reasonable expectation, but it will be a step back for Rodgers.
