The time is finally here – fantasy football is starting this week! With crazy bets, family and friend rivalries, and dynasties to create building the perfect fantasy football team is an important endeavor for a lot of people.

Many leagues have adopted the PPR model, which gives a little extra love to wide receivers for catching the ball and hauling in receptions. With only so many name brands out there, finding the right matchup and sleeper picks is the difference between winning and losing.

In deeper leagues the winner is the gal or guy who can make the best usage of their later round picks and picking players up off the waiver wire.

Sometimes finding the diamond in the rough is all about picking a player that might be more unknown (like a rookie or a player coming back from injury) and sometimes it is all about playing the matchups.
