The NFL is a passing league, and with that the depth of options for fantasy football owners at wide receiver is great. In PPR formats, the list of viable options at the position gets a little longer still.

The depth at wide receiver also creates opportunities to find value. Bad teams that will have to throw a lot and teams with a lot of vacated targets from the previous season are common spots to find that value. Second or third-year players with breakout potential are also fertile ground to find sleepers. Those who are simply underappreciated also fit.
