Trading can be a feasible way to jumpstart your team whether you are struggling or winning in your leagues right now. Refusing to try and better your team — regardless of record — is doing a disservice to your teams and the players on your fake teams would be disappointed in you as a coach.

When conducting trades in fantasy football, it is important to know that it’s similar to the stock market, where you have to know when to buy at the right price and sell at the best moments. Also, you have to understand that some trades may hold different values in redraft leagues compared to dynasty leagues.
