Fantasy Football outlook for Packers QB Aaron Rodgers in 2020

Nearly every draft expert expected the Green Bay Packers to give quarterback Aaron Rodgers some help during the NFL Draft. Not only did they completely neglect the wide receiver position, they traded up in the first round to take Rodgers’ eventual replacement, Utah State quarterback Jordan Love.

In the second round, the Packers selected a running back when they already have two pretty solid ones in Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams. Then, the organization took a tight end/H-back hybrid in Josiah Deguara out of Cincinnati in the third.

Rodgers is coming off a down year by his standards in 2019. He was eighth in touchdown passes with 26, 11th in passing yards with 4,002 and he came in 14th in total QBR with a 94.5 mark.

Given how little the Packers added to their offense this offseason, there’s no reason to expect Rodgers will do any better than he did last season fantasy-wise.
