The 2019 NFL Draft proved to be littered with talented wide receivers in nearly round. In terms of fantasy football, some of the rookie pass-catchers managed to be viable options a season ago. Can any of the first-year wideouts from last season repeat or improve on their performances in 2020?

Sometimes teams are able to find some mid or late-round gems at the wide receiver position and that’s exactly what happened in 2019. While Diontae Johnson and Darius Slayton won’t be featured as one of the notable second-year wide receivers in this article, both of them showed some potential last season.

As a third-round pick for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Johnson managed to tally 59 receptions for 680 yards and five touchdowns in 2019. On the other hand, Slayton would contribute 40 receptions for 740 yards and eight touchdowns despite being a fifth-round selection by the New York Giants.

Besides Johnson and Slayton, what second-year wide receivers could hold some value in fantasy football in the upcoming season? Here are the fantasy football outlooks for the notable second-year wide receivers entering the 2020 season.
