Running Backs

Dalvin Cook has emerged as a top-five fantasy player. There is a clear No. 1 in Christian McCaffrey. Recently, Cook has inserted his name among Ezekiel Elliott, Saquon Barkley, and Alvin Kamara.

In 2019, Cook finished sixth in fantasy points among running backs. He rushed for 1,135 yards and 13 touchdowns. Heading into the 2020 season, he is an early first round pick because of his talent and workload.

There is no doubt who the feature back is in Minnesota. If Cook is healthy, he is an elite weapon and one that will put up consistent points every week.

Cook is going to get carries all over the field, including down by the goal line. The Vikings will not split carries between any backs. This is Cook’s job and he will dominate games. With the amount that the Vikings run the football, Cook is a no brained is you have an early to mid first round pick.
