5. Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs
Hill missed four games last year, which knocked his numbers down a peg or two (58 receptions for 860 yards and seven touchdowns). But in 2018, when he played all 16 games and had 137 targets (13th-most in the league, one more than Keenan Allen), he had 87 catches for 1,479 yards and 12 touchdowns. More specifically, he was WR3 in full PPR.
When he was presumably a bit more healthy after dealing with a hamstring issue, Hill had 23 targets in the AFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl. As long as Patrick Mahomes is the quarterback, the ceiling here is immense.
Hill is hard to think of as a particularly strong option in PPR leagues. But he could lead the Chiefs in targets, and that volume is enough to edge him into the top-5 here.
