TEs to Start in Week 15
Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski (vs. Steelers): It looks like Rob Gronkowski is getting more and more healthy. Besides the “Miami Miracle” play, Gronkowski looked like himself in Week 14. He had eight receptions for 107 yards and a score. In Week 15, he gets the Pittsburgh Steelers, who he has always dominated. In six games against the Steelers, Gronkowski has 39 catches for 664 yards and eight touchdowns. It’s safe to say he’s back to being a must play at TE again.
Browns’ David Njoku (vs. Broncos): Last week it seemed like we came close to seeing the return of David Njoku being fantasy relevant. Njoku led the Browns in routes ran, as a TE. That’s promising, especially with his upcoming matchup against the Broncos. The Broncos have allowed 977 yards this season to TEs (most in NFL).
TEs to Sit in Week 15
Giants’ Evan Engram (vs. Titans): It’s hard to put Evan Engram in your lineup at this point. With Odell Beckham missing Week 14, Engram had three catches for 77 yards. This was the most yards by Engram this year, but with Beckham likely to return, he likely will fade back into irrelevancy. He also faces the Tennessee Titans, who are the only team who has yet to allow a touchdown to a TE this season.
Packers’ Jimmy Graham (vs. Bears): Jimmy Graham has been a failed experiment this season in Green Bay. Graham has just two touchdowns and has caught five or more passes in just five games this year. It doesn’t help that he faces a phenomenal Bears defense in Week 15. The Bears haven’t allowed a touchdown to a TE since Week 8.
