3. Josh Jacobs vs. Suspect KC Rush Defense

Beyond Las Vegas’ host of talented pass-catchers is one of the best young running backs in the league, second-year pro Josh Jacobs.

Even against two of the NFL’s best run-defenses in Buffalo and New Orleans, Jacobs has proven himself to be an asset. And now, the league’s seventh-leading rusher will be given the gift of a Chiefs defense that has struggled against opposing running backs.

Kansas City, for as good as they’ve been at keeping opposing offenses off the scoreboard, has struggled once again in 2020 in the running game. Through four weeks, the Chiefs rank 29th in rushing yards allowed and 31st in yards per carry. And up until now, they have yet to face a pure-rusher at the level of Jacobs.

Even with the talents of Darren Waller on the Las Vegas offense, Jacobs could prove to be the Raiders’ greatest advantage on Sunday. Vegas is a team that loves to run the ball, and if Kansas City can’t stop that, their defense could be in for a long day.
