The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills by a score of 27-24 in their Divisional Round playoff matchup on Sunday night, and apparently, the Bills were sore losers afterward.

Chiefs offensive tackle Donovan Smith took to social media after the game to inform everyone that the hot water in their locker room had evidently been cut off.

Prior to that, Patrick Mahomes spotted a young fan wearing his jersey in the stands after the game, and upon heading over to the fan, he was pelted with snowballs by Bills fans.

Other Kansas City players added that they had been hit by snowballs, as well.

Not exactly the classiest response from the Bills’ organization or their fans, but I guess that’s what happens during playoff football.

One thing is for sure: fans were treated to a great game.

The contest featured five lead changes, and neither team led by more than seven. Buffalo had the largest lead of the game at 10-3 early in the second quarter.

Each team also scored in all three of the first periods, with the Chiefs actually putting points on the board in all four quarters. The Bills were blanked in the final frame as Kansas City rallied for the win. Running back Isiah Pacheco scored the go-ahead touchdown at the 14:20 mark of the fourth period.

Mahomes was certainly the star of the game, going 17-for-23 with 215 yards and a couple of touchdowns. That was good for a 131.6 passer rating. Pacheco carried the ball 15 times for 97 yards and a score, and tight end Travis Kelce caught five passes for 75 yards while reaching the end zone twice.

Josh Allen had a strong game for the Bills, as he accounted for all three of the club’s touchdowns. Two of those scores came on the ground.

However, it was not enough, as the Chiefs will now get a chance to make it to their fourth Super Bowl in five years. They will battle the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game next weekend.
