Todd Gurley: 16 Carries, 120 Yards, 1 Touchdown, 4 Receptions, 40 Yards
It was yet another stat-stuffing day for Todd Gurley, as he is also widely considered to be a MVP candidate. If there is a non-quarterback who is worthy of winning it, it’s definitely Gurley.
Gurley, like Donald, is having a historic season. Through 10 games this year, Gurley has managed to get 988 yards (1st in NFL) on 198 carries and 13 touchdowns (1st in NFL) on the ground.
His 13 touchdowns this year, match his total on the ground from last year, where he won the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year Award.
Gurley is also a dangerous threat through the air, as he has 42 receptions, 402 yards and 4 touchdowns in the Rams high-octane aerial attack.
The Rams offense continues to run through Gurley, as it should when you have a running back as talented as him. If Gurley maintains this level of play, he is on pace to rush for 1,581 yards on 317 carries (5 yards per carry) and 21 touchdowns.
In the receiving category, he is on pace for 643 yards on 64 receptions and 6 touchdowns. If he totaled these numbers, he would have 2,224 yards from scrimmage, which would be good enough for 20th of all-time.
Gurley is the best running back in the NFL and it’s not close this season. Here is Gurley finding the end zone yet again yesterday, behind a huge block from Andrew Whitworth.

Gurley will look to continue terrorizing opposing defenses in Week 11 against the Chiefs, who give up the 7th most yards to running backs this year.
