Keep Riding the Gurley Train
This one shouldn’t come as a surprise. Todd Gurley has been outstanding this season, after winning Offensive Player of the Year, just last season.
This season, he picked back up where he left off. So far, Gurley has 415 yards on the ground and seven touchdowns. The seven rushing touchdowns leads the NFL by two.
In the Rams aerial attack, he has garnered 19 receptions for 230 yards. He also has two touchdowns through the air as well.
That gives Gurley nine scores through five contests. In comparison, in the year LaDainian Tomlinson scored 31 touchdowns, he had eight total touchdowns through six games.
If Gurley continues dominating the way he has, he could find himself in the record books. I know for a fact that isn’t a concern for the Rams or Gurley though.
Here’s a peek into last week’s three touchdown performance for Gurley.

The Broncos run defense has been awful so far this year. They rank as the 29th best run defense in the NFL.
It doesn’t help when just last week, they allowed 323 yards on the ground to the New York Jets. Isaiah Crowell caused the most damage, rushing for 219 yards on just 15 carries (14.6 yards per carry).
The Broncos defense has shown signs of being incapable of stopping the run. The Rams must attack that weakness if they plan on remaining undefeated.
