Los Angeles Rams: 3 Keys to Victory in Week 7 vs. 49ers

There is only one remaining undefeated team in the NFL. That team is the Los Angeles Rams, who lead the NFC West by three games.

Last week, the Rams defeated the Denver Broncos 23-20, winning yet another close game. The week before, they triumphed over the Seattle Seahawks 33-31 in Week 5.

Both games were too close for comfort, but the Rams just found ways to win. The weather of last week’s game was unpleasant, but you have to be prepared to win in all situations.

That’s why you have a running back like Todd Gurley, to carry it 28 times for 208 yards.

The Rams point differential this season is a +78, which is still good for best in the NFL.

In Week 7, the Rams will be squaring off against another division rival, the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers are currently 1-5, putting them at second to last in the division.

The 49ers have found ways to keep games close for the most part, losing by three points or less, three times. It’s unfortunate Jimmy Garoppolo went down with injury, leaving the 49ers in a rough spot.

The Rams cannot overlook the 49ers, as they’ve fought hard, even with Garoppolo’s injury.

The Rams will hope to improve to 7-0 this week, and these are some things they’ll need to do to achieve that.
