Trade for Lorenzo Alexander
One of the issues (if they have any major ones), has been the lack of production coming from the edge-rushers of the Rams. Most people knew that would likely be one of the weaker positions for the Rams coming into this year.
Currently, the Rams are starting Samson Ebukam and Matt Longacre at their outside linebacker spots. Those two guys have combined for two sacks together this year.
The Rams will need more from their edge-rushers, to help Aaron Donald, Ndamukong Suh and Michael Brockers on the defensive line.
Lorenzo Alexander could be a possible trade target for the Rams in that department. Alexander is a 12-year veteran that is 35 years old, playing for a Buffalo Bills team that is currently playing for nothing.
Alexander could bring a veteran presence in the locker room, while also bringing a high-level motor off the edge. In 2018, Alexander has been ranked as the second best edge rusher this season, having just 2.5 sacks this year.
You have to take into consideration, Alexander doesn’t have the talent around him on the Bills, that he would have on the Rams.
Here’s what type of plays Alexander could make for the Rams.

The last time the Rams took a chance on a 35-year old (Andrew Whitworth), it worked out to perfection. Adding Alexander would be a huge boost to the Rams already lethal pass rush.
