1. Chase is drafted in the Top 10 of the NFL Draft.
You may have noticed a chain of continuity when it comes to my seasonal predictions for Ja’Marr Chase, and it’s no surprise that if Chase can put together a solid year with new a new passing game coordinator and starting quarterback, he’ll be in high demand come the 2021 NFL Draft.
As a result of a stellar sophomore year, and the upcoming junior year, it would be no surprise to see Chase go in the top 10, or even the top 5 selections of the next NFL Draft, mostly dependent on team needs.
Chase is already being slotted by many as the top wide receiver in this year’s class and tipped as going as high as No. 2 in the draft.
If Chase has a solid year, and a particularly wide receiver needy team ends up in the top few selections (perhaps even a reunion with Joe Burrow, if A.J. Green were to depart?), don’t be surprised to hear Chase’s name called early.
