Stop the Panthers Rushing Attack
The Giants came into Week 4 against the Saints, ready to try to slow down Alvin Kamara. They would fail to succeed on this grueling task,
Kamara came into the game hot, totaling 430 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns. He would continue his hot streak in Week 4 against the Giants.
The Saints dual-threat running back rushed for 134 yards on 19 carries and three scores. That would be enough to seize the victory for the Saints. He also capped off the day, by getting five receptions for 47 yards as well.
The Giants will face a similar back this week, in Christian McCaffrey. McCaffrey is coming off his best game on the ground in his short career.
McCaffrey rushed for 184 yards on 28 carries in Week 3, showing he can carry a heavy workload going forward. Many expect him to be the focal point of the Panther offense, who lacks play makers.
Here’s McCaffrey showcasing his elusiveness to break a run for a big gain.
Seriously, you give Christian McCaffrey an inch and he'll take it a mile… So good in open space. #Pantherspic.twitter.com/YinhYUzt8h

The Giants will need to come into this game, ready to neutralize the Panthers running game. This includes Cam Newton, who can be very dangerous with his legs as a quarterback.
The Panthers own the seventh best rushing offense in the NFL and this is takes into account that they had a bye week. Their firing on all cylinders running the ball.
If the Giants fail to slow down the Panthers rushing attack (like they did in Week 4), they’ll be staring at another loss early this season.
