Week 2 matchup: at Los Angeles Chargers, Sunday, Sept. 20

Three touchdowns to three different receivers, again

It is no secret that the Chiefs have some of the best weapons in the league. Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Sammy Watkins all caught touchdown passes from Mahomes in Week 1. The Chiefs spread the ball around well and that will continue in Week 2. Mahomes will have a good day once again and finish with three touchdowns to three different receivers for the second straight week.

110+ QBR

Against the Texans, Mahomes finished 24-32 for 211 yards and three touchdowns. This was not the yardage output that we have become used to from Mahomes, but he completed 75% of his passes and did not turn the ball over. When it was all said and done, this game was good enough to land a 123.3 quarterback rating (QBR). This will be a theme for Mahomes throughout the season.
