1. Dallas Cowboys
After falling short of winning the NFC East in 2019, the Dallas Cowboys will be looking to bounce back and finish atop the division during the upcoming season. The Philadelphia Eagles look improved–making it no easy feat for the Cowboys to accomplish.
Recently, the Cowboys completed a late offseason addition with the signing of Everson Griffen to help bolster their pass rush. After missing out on the Jamal Adams sweepstakes, Dallas should look to capitalize. onthe availability of Earl Thomas.
Earlier in the offseason, the Cowboys signed Ha Ha Clinton-Dix but he has underwhelmed so far in training camp. In fact, he’s failed to standout from the rest of the competition at his position enough to earn the starting role.
Adding Thomas into the mix would at least give the Cowboys a proven contributor to be able to stand out above the rest of the position group. If he can be a good enough teammate, his impact on the field would help raise the defense a couple of levels.
