Geno Stone — Baltimore Ravens
One team that seemingly nailed every single one of their picks in the 2020 NFL Draft was the Baltimore Ravens. However, despite taking Patrick Queen and J.K. Dobbins, one of the picks that stands out for Baltimore was their selection of Geno Stone in the seventh round.
Coming out of Iowa, Stone was a prospect that was expected to be taken on day two or early on day three of the draft. On the contrary, he slipped and landed with the Ravens with the No. 219 pick.
Over the course of his collegiate career at Iowa, Stone amassed 126 tackles, seven pass breakups, six interceptions, and four forced fumbles. Even with Earl Thomas and Chuck Clark slated to be the starting safeties next season, Stone could see a role on special teams and earn a limited role on the defense.
