4. Kansas City Chiefs

There is no more complete team than the Kansas City Chiefs. The reigning Super Bowl champs have been busy this offseason with locking up their stars in efforts to build the next great dynasty. Patrick Mahomes signed a 10-year deal worth up to $503 million. The Chiefs sured up their defensive line by giving Chris Jones a four-year, $85 million contract.

Kansas City has the most explosive offense with Mahomes throwing the ball to Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. If there is one weak spot, it would be the secondary, speciafically cornerback. Tyrann Mathieu has turned into an All-Pro player for the Chiefs. Kendall Fuller left for Washington and that leaves the unit very thin. Bashaud Breeland and Charvarius Ward will be starting on the outside in Kansas City.

In the 2020 NFL Draft, the Chiefs opted to go with a running back in the first round. They added Clyde Edwards-Helaire out of LSU. It was not until the fourth round when they drafted cornerback L’Jarius Sneed then Thakarius Keyes in the seventh round. They did not do much to improve their cornerback situation but that could come after the 2020 season.

If Jalen Ramsey were to join the Chiefs, it would really catapult the franchise as they build a dynasty. Their skill positions are set, the offensive line is solid, and the front seven is serviceable with Jones and Frank Clark. The addition of Ramsey would immediately take the team to another level.
