1. Las Vegas Raiders
There were two teams listed on Jalen Ramsey’s list when he was being shopped by the Jaguars. The Titans and the then Oakland Raiders were the two teams who emerged as favorites. In free agency, this should be no different.
Trayvon Mullen was a second round pick of the Jaguars in the 2019 NFL Draft. He will be on one side in 2020 with Prince Amukamara on the other. Amukamara signed a three-year, $27 million deal with the Chicago Bears in 2018. He was released in February and quickly signed a one-year deal with the Raiders. Amukamara will be a free agent following the season. It seems as though he could be a place holder until the Raiders find a better option. That option is Ramsey.
If there is one thing for sure in Las Vegas, it is that Jon Gruden wants to win and is not afraid to pay. He loves superstars and Ramsey is one. There is mutual interest between both parties. Gruden will not hesitate to call Ramsey once the new year begins. It seems as though the Raiders have been rebuilding for quite some time, especially since the Khalil Mack trade. Signing Ramsey to a long term deal would speed up the process.
