4. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have always been able to land big name free agents. General manager Howie Roseman has a knack for getting deals done when the team needs it the most. Most recently, it was a trade for Darius Slay with the Detroit Lions.

The secondary in Philadelphia has been a problem in recent years. They have dealt with injuries up and down the depth chart. Entering the 2020 season, Avonte Maddox will be opposite Slay. He is more equipped to be a backup rather than a No. 2 cornerback. Peterson and Slay would quickly turn into one of the top cornerback duos in the league.

The Eagles need to add an impact player on the defensive side of the ball if they want to take the next step as Super Bowl contenders. Whether it is Peterson or Jadeveon Clowney, Roseman will find a move to make to improve his team.
