NFL Free Agency 2021: Predicting where each notable QB will sign

Jacoby Brissett, Colts, Patriots

Jacoby Brissett

Jacoby Brissett is a very intriguing quarterback prospect. He hasn’t shown anything spectacular. However, he has been far from bad. While he isn’t the flashiest quarterback he does have a lot of natural talent. Perhaps Brissett just needs to find the right system and surround himself with playmakers.

The Tampa Bay Bucs have a QB guru at head coach and a plethora of playmakers at their disposal. Although the Buccaneers recently signed Tom Brady, they will need to find his replacement soon.

Brissett and Brady have a history as teammates back in New England. Perhaps the two join forces once again in Tampa Bay. Like many QB’s on this list, Brissett may have to wait for the person above him to retire. However, once Brady decides to hang up his cleats, the responsibility of being the starter will be given to Brissett.

Jacoby would be landing in a perfect situation. Brady would be giving him the keys to a Ferrari and Brissett’s only responsibility would be not to crash it. The Bucs have two game-changing wide receivers, a hall-of-fame tight end, and Ronald Jones who I believe has a ton of room to grow.

While that is great, we cannot forget all this is in the hands of one of the best offensive minds in the game, Bruce Arians. With Jacoby under center, the offense could still be electric.

Prediction: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
