There were 12 wide receivers taken before T.Y. Hilton in the 2012 NFL Draft. The Indianapolis Colts selected the FIU product with the 92nd pick in the third round of the draft. Hilton has been in Indy ever since
Hilton caught seven touchdowns as a rookie before turning into the Colts’ No. 1 option in year two. He went on to go over 1,000 yards receiving in five of the next ix years. In 2016, Hilton led the league in receiving with 1,448 yards. In 2015, the Colts signed Hilton to a five-year, $65 million extension. He is entering the final year of his contract in 2020 and is set to make $14.5 million.
