Predicted team in 2020: Las Vegas Raiders

After watching the Kansas City Chiefs offense terrorize defenses for the past two years, everyone is trying to find a Tyreek Hill for their passing attack. Every offense is beginning to add a receiver that is capable of taking the top off of the defense.

For the past four seasons, Robby Anderson has been that type of receiver for the New York Jets. Back in 2017, Anderson had the best season of his career with 63 receptions for 941 yards and seven touchdowns.

Despite having inconsistency at quarterback in 2019, Anderson still compiled a respectable 52 receptions for 779 yards and five touchdowns. While Anderson wants to test free agency, the Jets are interested in re-signing him for the right price.

Ahead of free agency, it seems as if Anderson is searching for at least $10 million annually and the Las Vegas Raiders are a team that can give it to him. The Raiders are a team, under Jon Gruden, that is desperately trying to find more weapons that can stretch the field vertically.

Aside from signing Anderson, Las Vegas could select a wide receiver in the first round of this year’s draft. A trio of Anderson, Jerry Jeudy, and Tyrell Williams would be perfect for Gruden’s style of offense.
