The NFC South experienced no shortage of key changes during the NFL offseason. The New Orleans Saints still are favored to win the division but the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, and of course, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will aim to claim the division title.

Coming off a disappointing playoff loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Saints will look to bounce back. New Orleans made some intriguing moves by bringing in Emmanuel Sanders to pair with Michael Thomas and replaced Larry Warford with Cesar Ruiz. They will look to contend in 2020.

Many are talking about the Buccaneers as potential Super Bowl contenders. With Tom Brady and also Rob Gronkowski now in the mix, it has substantially raised expectations for Tampa Bay.

The Falcons got off to a terrible start last season but finished strong. They will look to carry that momentum over into the 2020 season and see if the acquisition of Todd Gurley can help elevate the offense another level. A return to the playoffs is possible.

As for the Panthers, moving on from Cam Newton caught the attention of many around the NFL. Carolina still appears primed to post a losing record during the upcoming season in part of a rebuilding process.

With that being said, there is one huge training camp battle to watch for each team in the NFC South in 2020.
