NFL: One second-year player to watch from each team in the NFC South

The NFC South should be a more competitive division in the 2020 NFL season due to the startling signing of Tom Brady for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Before Brady’s arrival to warm weather in Tampa Bay, the New Orleans Saints have reigned supreme in the NFC South, winning the division title in the past three seasons.

It’s assumed that the Buccaneers and the Saints will battle for the top spot in the NFC South next season. Having two games of Brady versus Drew Brees is going to be quite the spectacle to watch next season.

However, the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers believe they have the rosters to compete within the division as well. Throughout this offseason, the Falcons and Panthers made a flurry of notable moves in an attempt to unseat the Saints off of their throne.

Regardless of who prevails as the winner of the division, the NFC South features a slew of talented second-year players. Considering that, let’s take a look at one second-year player from each team in the NFC South that fans of the NFL should be paying attention to in 2020.
