The NFC South might have had the most noteworthy transactions of the offseason. Between the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, all four teams in the division made great strides in improving for the upcoming season.

The biggest move of the offseason was Tom Brady signed to a two-year deal with the Buccaneers. Brady signing in Tampa Bay also lured Rob Gronkowski out of retirement to join the explosive offense.

The Buccaneers will look to compete with the New Orleans Saints, who have dominated the NFC South in recent years. The Saints added Emmanuel Sanders to their offense that already includes Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara.

The Carolina Panthers went through a head coaching change. They hired Matt Rhule to run the team after a successful career in college. He will have a new quarterback in Teddy Bridgewater to go with Christian McCaffrey.

Even the Atlanta Falcons made a big move by signing Todd Gurley to an offense that already features plenty of intirguing talents. This is going to be an entertaining division throughout the entire season.

Even though there has been a ton of moves already made, there is always room for more. There were plenty of free agent splashes within the NFC South, so let’s take a look at some trades that could be pursued before the season.
