The AFC West will almost certainly run through Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020. Teams like the Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, and Los Angeles Chargers will all be intriguing to track this NFL season as well.
The team that ended up making most change to its offense in the offseason was clearly the Broncos. Adding more offensive firepower Denver’s focus and it’s a logical strategy considering they need to keep pace with the Chiefs.
The Chargers ended up keeping their receiving threats but elected to go from Philip Rivers to Tyrod Taylor to at least start the 2020 season. It will be interesting to see if Los Angeles ever turns to rookie Justin Herbert if things don’t go according to plan.
Let’s not forget about the Raiders, they used the first round of the NFL Draft to make a splash by adding the ultra-fast Henry Ruggs III from Alabama. Las Vegas already has no shortage of talent and it will be intriguing to see if Derek Carr can elevate his game.
Taking all of that into consideration, let’s dive into some predictions for the stats for AFC West quarterbacks in the 2020 NFL season.
