Teddy Bridgewater, Carolina Panthers
After moving on from former franchise-quarterback Cam Newton, the Carolina Panthers are moving full-steam ahead with Teddy Bridgewater in this role. The 2020 season will also mark the start of Matt Rhule’s tenure as head coach.
There will be no shortage of opportunity for Bridgewater to solidify his place among starting quarterbacks in the NFL during the upcoming 2020 season. He showed plenty of positive signs with the New Orleans Saints but will look to expand on it.
Being able to play with Christian McCaffrey in the backfield is something any quarterback would be luck to have and Bridgewater will benefit immensely from it. The NFL’s most dynamic dual-threat out of the backfield naturally opens things up for others.
In free agency, the Panthers managed to add deep-threat Robby Anderson to pair with D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel. The talent is there at wide receiver for Bridgewater to have all he should need to be successful.
2020 Predictions for Teddy Bridgewater: 3,810 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
