Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals
There is significant reason for optimism surrounding Kyler Murray during the upcoming season. Entering his second-season in the NFL, he appears primed to take a leap forward in his development as a player.
For starters, the Arizona Cardinals added an elite receiver in DeAndre Hopkins into the mix. That will make thing easier for supporting cast receivers like Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk since the bulk of the opposition’s focus will have to be on keeping Hopkins from tearing them apart.
There will be effective talent in the backfield between Kenyan Drake and Chase Edmonds, having a balance between a real rushing attack and receiving ability. This wasn’t something the Cardinals had to start last season.
On top of all of that, Murray will already be experienced in Kliff Kingsbury’s offensive system and have familiarity with what it takes to be successful at the NFL level. The Cardinals will also have better talent to expand on their scheme, too.
2020 Predictions for Kyler Murray: 3,815 passing yards, 30 passing touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.
Bonus: 450 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns.
