Ronald Jones is going into his third NFL season. After an incredibly disappointing rookie season, he had a solid sophomore season and will looking to build on that. He displayed real playmaking potential in college but hasn’t quite put it on display at the next level yet.

In his rookie year, Jones didn’t get many touches, and when he was given opportunities he did very little. He wasn’t spectacular in 2019 but his production was a major improvement compared to what he posted in his rookie campaign, nevertheless.

Going into the 2020 season, Jones will make another leap, however he does have to fight off rookie Ke’Shawn Vaughn for touches. Jones has explosive speed and is very good at making people miss. Where Jones struggles is his ability to find holes, and he is a smaller back. However, with the addition of Brady, Ronald Jones will have more opportunities to create big plays.

The upcoming season will be a big step for Jones, who is starting to come into his own as a running back in the NFL. Unless Vaughn shows star potential, Jones could show he is a valuable starting running back in the NFL.

2020 Prediction for Ronald Jones: 900 rushing yards, 350 receiving yards, 5 rushing touchdowns and 3 receiving touchdowns
