4. Deshaun Watson
At first glance, it has been an abysmal offseason for Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans. On second glance, it has still been a downtrodden offseason for the team that employs Bill O’Brien at general manager and at head coach.
While he’ll no longer have DeAndre Hopkins as his go-to target, Watson now has a receiving corps that features Brandin Cooks, Kenny Stills, Randall Cobb, Will Fuller, and Keke Coutee. Just by looking at that group of wideouts, Houston isn’t going to have a shortage of big plays in their offense.
Regardless of who he is throwing the ball to, Watson is one of the most talented quarterbacks in the NFL, throwing for 3,800+ yards and 26+ touchdowns in back-to-back seasons. Even though the Texans could be worse as a team in 2020, Watson should have another spectacular year under center.
