Chicago Bears
Unlike others on this list, the Bears ranked near the top at getting after the quarterback. It was mostly due to a group effort as the leader was Akiem Hicks with five.
However, many questions loom with Leonard Floyd and his string of injuries. Including a broken hand that might see him miss week one of the regular season. And unfortunately for the rest of the defensive rankings, they were mediocre to abysmal.
The Bears are a young unit that can use the services of Khalil Mack as the rest of the NFC North continues to improve at quarterback. They also have the money to give to the Raider as they rank in the top five in cap space.
The hard part for the Bears is finding the right trade to make for Mack. They don’t have a second-round pick after trading it to the Patriots and have little regarding players they’re willing to part ways with for this deal.
Trade Scenario: 2019 first-round, third-round, and seventh-round picks for Khalil Mack
