With the 2020 NFL offseason being mostly over from a free agency standpoint, the only way for teams to make moves is via trade. Brian Gutekunst and the Green Bay Packers may be done making moves, but there is also a chance that they may make another move.

Let’s be up front and honest about this article, these trades are not moves that are likely to happen. Instead, they are dream scenarios for the Packers.

The Patriots are heading into a bit of an unknown period with Tom Brady leaving town for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If New England was going to make a big trade, now would be the time. Green Bay should absolutely have interest in a few players on their roster.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at three dream trade targets for the Packers from the Patriots.

  1. The only one I’d think about is Hightower. And that’s pushing it.

The other two, no way. Edelman would go to Tampa before coming to GB. He still might.

Why Gilmore? We have a good secondary. Only Hightower makes any sense, and GB can’t afford it.
