Packers: 3 early bold predictions for TE Jace Sternberger in 2020

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

He Won’t Let The Starting Job Slip Away

Let’s start this off by predicting that Jace Sternberger will earn the starting job and won’t let the opportunity slip away.

The Packers do have a couple other tight end options on their roster. Marcedes Lewis was brought back in free agency, Robert Tonyan is still on the roster, and the franchise also went out and drafted Cincinnati tight end Josiah Deguara in the third round.

Despite the competition, Sternberger will earn the starting job and will keep it all season long. Green Bay is very high on him and their belief in his ability will pay off.
