Finally, let’s take a look at an on-the-field prediction for Rashan Gary. Last season, Gary only ended up with two sacks on the season. Moving ahead to his second NFL season, Gary should be targeting at least eight sacks.

Making that kind of a jump from year one to year two would be a massive win for Gary. He would be the missing piece that the Packers’ pass rush needed last season. Finding a consistent role for him might be difficult, but Mike Pettine likes him and they will figure something out.

A three-headed pass rushing monster of Preston Smith, Za’Darius Smith, and Rashan Gary would be tough to opposing offensive lines to stop. Gary has true superstar potential and we should see much more of that potential in 2020.
