Jace Sternberger, Tight End
Finally, there was no question who the third and final player would be. Jace Sternberger is going from being a third-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft to being a starter in just one year. He didn’t play much as a rookie and the Packers desperately need constant production at tight end.
Green Bay made the decision to move on from Jimmy Graham this offseason. He may not have made a huge impact, but he was a threat.
Sternberger ended up with just three receptions for 15 yards and a score during the regular season and playoffs combined. He didn’t have a single catch in the regular season.
If the Packers’ offense is going to take the next step, Sternberger is going to be a big part of that. He is someone that should be viewed as a major X-Factor.
