4. Gerald Everett
There is going to be a theme on this list and it begins with Gerald Everett. The Los Angeles Rams are set at tight end with Tyler Higbee. He emerged as a reliable option late in the 2019 season. He finished with 69 catches for 734 yards and three touchdowns. Higbee is expected to have an even bigger 2020 season.
Everett is listed as the second tight end on the depth chart but after the Rams drafted Brycen Hopkins, he could be on the move. Everett has been in Los Angeles over the first three years of his career. In 2019, he finished with 37 catches for 408 yards and two touchdowns.
The Packers will enter the season with a young group of tight ends. None have been a top option just yet.
Jace Sternberger is a player that the team feels good about, but there is a lot of pressure on him to perform this season. The addition of Everett would give the Packers another option.
