3. Speed Is A Major Need

Throughout the 2019 NFL season, the Packers saw their receivers struggle to get open. Davante Adams was dominant as usual, but the rest of the receiving corps had a lot of trouble finding separation from defensive backs.

A big part of the Packers’ issues comes from their lack of speed at the wide receiver position. Devin Funchess was signed in free agency, but once again, he is not the fastest wideout. Josh Gordon would provide Rodgers and the Green Bay offense with a lethal amount of speed.

In order to compete with teams like the San Francisco 49ers, New Orleans Saints, and there best of the stacked NFC, the Packers should look to add more speed. Gordon may be viewed as a risk, but Green Bay should be willing to take the risk to add a much-needed aspect to their offense.
