What To Expect From Jarvis Landry In 2020

Landry took on more of a No. 1 wide receiver role for the Browns last season than Odell Beckham Jr. While the Browns are expecting a resurgent season from Beckham, they still need Landry to perform at a star level.

Baker Mayfield is a candidate to have a major bounce back season. In order for him to do so, he will need the weapons around him to play at the highest level possible. His chemistry and connection with Landry has been obvious and fans should expect that to continue in 2020.

Granted, the addition of Hooper will take some targets away from the wide receivers. Both Beckham and Landry should see a few of their targets end up being given to the new tight end.

Despite that fact, Landry is still going to put up massive numbers and will be an extremely productive wideout.

It would be reasonable to expect around 75 receptions for 1,050 yards and seven touchdowns from Landry. He could blow those numbers out of the water though.

ESPN also released their projections for the 2020 season for Landry. They have him catching 75 passes for 976 yards and six touchdowns. Obviously, those are very similar numbers to what we are projecting.

Landry is going to be a great Fantasy Football option as well. He has top-notch WR2 potential for any fantasy player. Cleveland’s offense is going to look much better and the Browns will lean heavily on Landry.

Expect to see another big-time production season from Jarvis Landry. His numbers may drop a bit, but the Browns will need him to produce at a high level to be a serious playoff contender.
