Jaire Alexander and the Green Bay Packers are entering the 2020 NFL as a relatively unknown quantity. After making a run to the NFC Championship Game following a 13-3 regular season in 2019, the Packers did not make any major moves this offseason.
Entering this season, the majority of the media is expecting the Packers to take a step back. Very few believe Green Bay can compete for a Super Bowl appearance.
Despite the national media doubt in the franchise, the Packers themselves are very excited to prove everyone wrong. Matt LaFleur is confident in his players. The offense has big-time potential and the defense has plenty of playmakers and the ability to take a big step forward from last season.
On the defensive side of the football, the Packers are hoping for an improved season from Alexander. He put together a solid season in 2019, racking up 58 total tackles to go along with one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two interceptions, and 17 defended passes.
All of that being said, what should the Packers be expecting from Jaire Alexander this season? Let’s dive in and take a look.
