The NFC North is a storied division with some of the oldest and most storied franchises in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears participate in a historic rivalry alternating at Lambeau and Soldier Fields. The Minnesota Vikings and Packers share Brett Favre as a quarterback at one point or another. The Detroit Lions were home to one of the best running backs ever in Barry Sanders.

With so much history, there are always a lot of eyes watching what is happening up north. Currently, this division has had three teams see success while one has been left in the cellar. The Packers, Vikings, and Bears have all won a division title in the last three years while the Lions are still trying to find their footing and success.

The talk of the NFC North will be the quarterback play. Aaron Rodgers is a lock for the Hall of Fame already, but controversy struck in the draft when his potential replacement was selected. Kirk Cousins has made a name for himself in recent years and is hoping to push the Vikings over the top.

Matt Stafford usually sits between 10-15 best quarterbacks in the NFL while Mitchell Trubisky is on the hot seat in the Windy City. 2020 will open a new chapter for such an old division, ending with a familiar face at the top.

With that being said, let’s take a look at predictions for where each team in the NFC North will finish in the standings in 2020 now that training camp is underway.
