The Cleveland Browns are going to enter the 2021 NFL season looking to make another step forward as they search to compete for a Super Bowl. After making the playoffs and coming through with a surprising win in the Wild Card round over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the future is looking bright for the Browns. In 2021, they will even have star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. returning from the torn ACL he suffered early in 2020.

Beckham ended up playing in just seven games with the Browns last season. He caught 23 passes for 319 yards and three touchdowns in those appearances. During his first season in Cleveland, he racked up 74 receptions for 1,035 yards and four touchdowns.

Looking ahead to the upcoming season, the Browns are hoping to see Beckham return to full health and put up good production. He certainly still has the talent to be an elite NFL wide receiver. However, fans do not know which version of Beckham they will see in 2021.

With that being said, ESPN has released their projections for the upcoming season. Beckham has been predicted to have a very solid season for the Browns.

In their predictions, they have Beckham catching 69 passes on 120 targets for 970 yards and seven touchdowns. If he is able to make those predictions become a reality, the Browns would have to feel very good about it. They would be the best numbers he has put up in Cleveland and would help take their offense to the next level.

This is a big season for Beckham. Just a few short years ago, he was one of the most feared playmakers in the game. Unfortunately, due to back-to-back rough seasons and a torn ACL, the outlook has changed a bit for Beckham and some don’t even view him as a star anymore.

We have projected Odell Beckham Jr. to catch 75 passes for 1,000 yards and eight touchdowns. The projections are about the same. It seems that everyone is expecting Beckham to come in this season and look to prove a point.

Expect to see the Browns look to get Beckham much more involved this season than he has been in his first two years with the franchise. They need to get him going and these numbers would be very good to see.
