Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans may not appear to be an ideal landing spot as a trade destination for a running back, but it could make sense. For starters, there is cause for concern that the heavy load Derrick Henry has shouldered so far in his career could be too much for longevity purposes.

Making an attempt to acquire a complementary running back like Raheem Mostert would help keep Henry fresh. The dynamic impact he regularly provides the Titans is crucial for the success of the offense as a whole. With Mostert, the physical toll would lessen while the results could largely sustain.

The Titans did use a third-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft on Darrynton Evans. For a team coming off an AFC Championship Game appearance, relying immediately on a rookie in the backfield alongside Henry may not be the most reliable option.
