3. Trade for Dylan Cole

Dylan Cole suffered a torn ACL during the 2019 season. Injuries have been a big part of his career and he has played just 31 games in three years with the Houston Texans.

The Texans are set at the linebacker position. This is an area that the Raiders focused on in free agency. They signed Cory Littleton to a three-year, $35 million contract.

Las Vegas also added Nick Kwiatkoski on a three-year, $21 million deal. They will both step in right away and make a big impact. Cole could complete the trifecta and give the Raiders a dominant group of linebackers.

Cole has shown flashes of becoming a great player but has been unable to stay on the field. This could be a move that comes cheap for the Raiders given his injury history. It would land them a quality player with some question marks.
