Goff Will Throw For Over 4,800 Yards

Goff has thrown for over 4,600 yards in the past two seasons. In 2020, he’s gonna throw it just a bit more to reach that 4,800 mark, but not quite get to 5,000.

It’s pretty evident that it’s a pass-first offense in L.A., with Goff tied with Jameis Winston for the most attempts in the league with 626. And now with no Todd Gurley and question marks in the backfield, it makes for more pressure on Goff and the passing game.

Goff will be without deep-threat Brandin Cooks, as he was traded to the Houston Texans this offseason. But he still has very reliable weapons in Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, Josh Reynolds and Tyler Higbee.

Goff has seen an up-tick in attempts and completions every season since entering the league in 2016. We will see that again in 2020, perhaps not as drastically, but it will result in a new career-high in passing yards.
